++++Gui Shou: Ghost Hand is an Advanced formulation for Advanced Iron Palm training which is also called Poison Hand or Ghost Hand by certain pai.

This is a crucial formulation when moving from the Yang type of Iron Palm training which is external/internal nature to a more internal only format which is totally Yin in nature.

The herbs used in this 2 gallon formulation are strong, slightly poisonous and include animal parts, insects, minerals and bones along with the standard leaves, barks, roots, rhizomes that are used in TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine).

Certain herbs are treated with multiple processes to ensure the formulation is the strongest it can be. This is called Pao Zhi in Chinese.

Do not be fooled by other suppliers who do not treat their herbs. Untreated herbs are not as potent as processed herbs.

This formula helps smooth out your Qi and run it through the channels, as well as protect the hands from being damaged when using a bag of metal shot.

This is not a basic bump and bruise medication that most other herbal supply companies will sell as an Advanced formulation.
