This is a formula passed down in Malaysia via a Shaolin school/temple.

My Kung Fu brother and fellow Iron Palm practitioner Rodney Morgan, has been using this formula with great success and recommends it for Iron Palm training on all levels beginner to advanced.

It is a very strong liniment with animal, vegetable and mineral ingredients. This liniment will help condition the tissues, help stop pain and bruising and swelling from Iron Palm training.

This Dit Da Jow is poisonous, do not ingest for any reason whatsoever, no matter who tells you.
